1. Service Commitment Dominique Care LLC is committed to providing high-level clinical wellness coordination and health assessment services. Our goal is to facilitate seamless care transitions and wellness management for our clients.

2. No-Refund Policy for Services Rendered Due to the professional and personalized nature of clinical coordination, all services are considered "rendered" once the initial assessment or coordination plan has been initiated. Therefore, Dominique Care LLC does not offer refunds for services that have already been provided or for time already expended by our coordination team.

3. Cancellation & Partial Refunds

Advance Cancellation: If a client cancels a scheduled coordination session or service at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund of any pre-paid fees may be issued.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of a scheduled service are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at the sole discretion of management.

4. Dispute Resolution We value our client relationships. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the coordination provided, please submit a written "Quality Review Request" to info@dominiquecare.com within 14 days of the service date. Our executive team will review the case within 7 business days to determine if a partial credit or service adjustment is warranted.

5. Statutory Rights This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Michigan state law regarding professional service contracts.
